You know I can just take Ryccia immediately right? With them in economic turmoil, and that we are very close to them. An EMP blast and a full scale invasion would be easy.

That isn't so hard to believe, except the EMP. Short of several nuclear detonations high up in the atmosphere, you are not making an EMP.

And how many of them can fit a nation the size of Ryccia? How many are needed? How does one build one? How can Hammerstar have that technology already?

By this, I can logically assume that nations have had them for years, and have developed many. In conclusion, it wold make sense if Hammerstar carried an arsenal of EMP weapons. I do not particularly care how many, because I have no plans of invading Ryccia.

Well, Laiwan is just you under a different name with a puppet government. Qvait had lost a good deal of international standing. Darkstrait is a concrete island with every building at least 50 stories due to his 200 million people.
