Location of Capital*: The southeastern tip of the center island
Customization: If possible, can you make minor detail changes so it resembles the Japanese archipelago a bit? (Of course, no problem if this is too asking too much.)
Also, please add the following cities:
Sendai on the western part of the topmost island
Kyoto on the small island between the middle and leftmost island

Hi all! I'll be taking over updating this great map. My goal is monthly updates, possibly with a supplementary correction-of-misinterpretation within a few days.
I'll start working on my first update soon, and since it was a while since the last update, I'd like confirmation from the following not so active players that they are still around and interested in a map plot. Please respond within a week and you will be included in an extra update (if you don't make it before I update it).

We have looked into the requirement on citizenship/legislator status and decided to remove it. Anyone with a second nation/puppet in the South Pacific region on the NationStates site may claim a secondary plot.
@Hammerstar, do you want those forests to be marked on the map? If so, can you specify their borders?

Yan-Feng is between the northernmost border and end before ze shui, it would continue as the Forest of Zakariya until the southern border.
Eterna Forests is in the secluded area in the southwestern area of the country
Hayyan is directly on top of eterna
The Sacred Forest of the Peony, spans between the western border until the main river, compasses Yin, Lián, Xinyue and Weisheng. The forests do not touch the mountains.
Nightingale Woods is in the middle.
Heaven's trees are in a small area between the mountains and the rivers that border the city of A wei Qinna.
