85th floor: the floor after the roof where poppy explains that just because the 84th floor is the roof doesn't mean you can't build floors above it anyway and that you need to stop with your logic that you can't have floors above the roof and realize that stranger things have happened in this thread and that you'll just have to accept that the 84th floor is the roof despite more floors being above it

85th floor: An entire country is sealed inside this floor, called EightyLandia.
The population is 54.
The government is a clump of desks in the corner office (or the "Capital Office"), with the president's in the center, and the rest consists of luxurious apartments.

86th Floor:
The rival country of Eightylandia, 'Nowhere Land.' Population 82, they base their economy on making paper airplanes and assembling IKEA furniture. They regularly attack floor 85 with paper airplane and staplers. The government runs out of a misplaced dumpster. Cardboard boxes make up the buildings.
