“I address you upon this very day because I have had enough. 26 years of civil war is far too long, and that’s not forgetting all the civil wars we’ve had during the previous century. This turmoil has to end. As such the royal family is hosting a civil meeting between the major factions at Tokaci Prosconi. Each faction is invited to send their leader and two representatives in an attempt to unify our nation under one government.”

We would like to put emphasis on the fact that our states have seen similar issues of a seemingly never-ending internal conflict. Viliakmon has now recovered and formed stable institutions. Given the aforementioned, the attaché is tasked by the Office of the Head of State in providing advice on stabilizing the situation in Kofa Prosconi, if such request is made by Her Royal Majesty, Queen Louisa III.
