Government Island Peace Conference - Darkstrait - 12-22-2014
At the request of Jasper Henn, a peace conference is being held at Government Island, hopefully to end the Sporaltryan War and resolve the rebellions in Sporaltryus and Ryccia.
Before beginning to engage in discussion, please list your war goals and/or things you hope to achieve from this conference, just so everyone knows where everyone else stands on the issues.

- Limit the amount and size of nuclear weapons for all nations,
- Create an independent Ryccian state for the pro-socialists there,

What the Ryccian Delegation hopes from the conference
We, the Legitimate Government of Ryccia, seek these interests to be fufilled in the conference:
-End the Qvait-Sporaltryus War
-All nations to recognize the socialist government in Ryccia-Center as illegitimate and the Constitutional Monarchy as the Legitimate Government
-End the Darkstrait-Ryccia War
-Sign a peace treaty
-Dismiss the idea of a split Ryccia
I'll make a peace treaty and send it to all nations in the conference as soon as possible.

Huh. Why do I get the feeling that there are at least two pieces I'm not going to like?
Just write the peace treaty after the conference is over and we're all in agreement, or at least a point where enough people agree to each term.

First off, thank you Archchancellor Ridcully for creating this conference. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to take over as host.
Secondly, do please state your agenda that you would like to see completed by the end of this conference. So long as it pertains to the Sporaltryan War and the Ryccian coup, it is allowed.
Thirdly, leave your guns outside of the door please. This is a thatch hut, not a bunker, and the heat will set them off.

Socialist greetings to all the delegations,
I present our goals for this conference:
- The end of all hostilities and the return to the status quo ante bellum
- The immediate end of the blockade around Sporaltryus
- The recognition of President Henn's governement as the legitimate one of Sporaltryus
- The end of all aid to the Sporaltryian counter-revolutionaries
- An immediate truce between the Ryccian monarchy and the Ryccia-Center Socialist Republic
- A referendum held in the Ryccia-Center Socialist Republic to determine its independence and governement form
- The creation of an international body to cohordinate the researchand the containment of Contact Epsilon
