Comrade, welcome to the headquarter of the Southern Socialist Union. We are a collective defense and cooperation organization devoted to defend and promote peace and socialism in the South Pacific.

Nation Name: The Voodoo People's Republic of Bruuma
Military Spending as Percentage of GDP: 25%
Name of the Military: Bruuman People's Defense Forces
Description of Army: It includes more of 80% of the total BPDF personell and is composed of a vast amount of basically equipped regular infantry and an elite of highly trained and properly equipped Special Forces. The arsenal includes a good number of tanks and multiple rocket launchers and a majority of APC/IFV, artillery guns and mortars
Description of Air Forces: It includes also the Air Defense personell and posseses a sizeable airfleet of combat and transport planes and helicopters, some new and many modernized
Description of Navy: It is a brown water Navy and its fleet is mostly outdated, composed of fast attack crafts and torpedo boats integrated with some submarines and a few frigades.
Description of Other Forces: Red Jujus are an autonomous elite corp who serve as Papa Unclepear's personal militia and receive the best training and equipment. Puerto Polloan forces are composed exclusively of infantry, mostly lightly armed, experienced in guerrilla warfare.

Today at 12:00 PM South Pacific Central Time the Southern Socialist Union has issued the following ultimatum to the Ryccian monarchic forces and to the Pacific Republic of Qvait:
"The illegitimate naval blockade against the Socialist Democracy of Sporaltryus will be no longer tolerated. We hoped that an agreement could be found during the peace conference, but the complete lack of progress in the talks leave us no other choice than issuing an ultimatum: you have 24 hours to lift the blockade or it will be forcefully removed."

Official peace treaty proposal from the Southern Socialist Union to the Pacific Republic of Qvait and the Constitutional Monarchy of Ryccia
We, the sovereign nations of the Southern Socialist Union and our dependencies, propose a peace treaty to the Pacific Republic of Qvait and the Constitutional Monarchy of Ryccia. The terms are considered non-negotiable:
· End of the blockade around Sporaltryus
· Return to the territorial status quo ante bellum
o Retreat of all military forces from international waters and non-allied nations’ maritime and terrestrial borders
· No reparations to be paid by any nation
· Resume of prior diplomatic and economic (commercial and/or industrial) relations
· The SSU recognize the monarchy of Ryccia as the legitimate government of the country
· SSFR membership in the SSU cancelled
An immediate ceasefire will be enforced with immediate effect and will stand until our offer receive an answer, unless violated by Qvaitian or Ryccian forces.

The Southern Socialist Union has signed the peace treaty with Pacific Republic of Qvait and the Constitutional Monarchy of Ryccia, thus ending the Sporaltryan War.
In compliance to its terms, the membership of the Soviet Socialist Fighters of Ryccia in the Southern Socialist Union has been cancelled.
