Hi!
Sorry I left the IC thread for so long, but I was getting everything ready at home before moving into my dorm, so it's been a really busy 1-2 weeks. How about we allow for 3 more days of debate and then have 2 days of voting? I think the election of the Secretary General should be pretty straightforward, specially since we are still few members.
Thoughts?

Good question. I would say no, due to its suspended status. That being said, I was meaning make a motion to lift it, should Sporaltryus accept that armed conflict a terrible policy, of which it was responsible.

It is time to determine the SCO's agenda. I would think the following is necessary:
1. Passing both the Covenant on Freedoms and Dignities and the Convention on Diplomatic Relations. I have started a thread on the first and will soon start a thread on the second.
2. Draft and pass the Rules of the Southern Council. Awe started a thread on that a while ago.
3. Maybe formalise the visa-free status between Kringalia and Awesomiasa, and extend it to the whole SCO. Perhaps ratifying the prospective free travel treaty should be one of the requirements for admission?
4. Awe and I once signed an agreement for the mutual validation of education transcripts. Maybe we should explore some kind of cultural and educational treaty?
Thoughts? Suggestions?
