Bruuman forces are launching counterattacks at night against the Western Ryccian offensive, probably to take advantage of the cover of the dark. The nightly strategy appear to be centered on a massive artillery and rocket barrages against enemy positions, while at day it focused on a reactive stance against land and air attacks.
On the Northern front, the Bruuman Army continues its counteroffensive relying on the fire power of armored brigades and combat helicopters.
The central front against Erinoran forces seems to have stabilized around entrenched positions.

Candidates for the 2017 Snap General Election have got together to wish Qaweritoyu a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
First Gentleman Davis has sent his apologies that the Army are not ready to go to fight in Erinor and won't be until after the election, however, he has ordered a plane full of ammunition to support Erinor to depart Alton International Airport soon, heading to Akhorn International Airport.

Prime Minister Dixon has announced the schedule for the Snap General Election of 2017. Polling stations will open to the public at 5:30AM on Christmas Day and will close at 5:30PM. Volunteers will get to work immediately on sorting and counting the votes. An announcement announcing the new Government is expected any time between 6PM and 7:30PM. Prime Minister Dixon will announce these results where he will formally hand over to the new Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, the First Gentleman's military plane has departed Alton International Airport, expected to land in Akhorn in a few hours' time.

Breaking News. Prime Minister Dixon has re-appointed Cathy Rodriguez as the Vice-Prime Minister. The reason for this is unknown as there is an election in 8 days. She is 30 years old and the Prime Minister says she brought youth to the role and the Government is sorely lacking that at the moment. Prime Minister Dixon, accompanied by Vice-Prime Minister Rodriguez, visited Prime Minister Murphy's grave.
Vice-Prime Minister Rodriguez has given the Alliance Party her backing for the election.
First Gentleman Davis has replied to the Bruuman regime this afternoon, kindly telling them, "keep your noses out of my business".
