Ryccia is trying to amend the Constitution to add an additional article saying "RATSPT may never join any organization as a member or observer, unless authorized by Ryccia". Some experts say that Ryccia is trying a politically savvy move to silence RATSPT, as it is opposed to Ryccia and pro-SCO. The RLP's leader, Anne Kalog, has announced to all lawmakers of the party to vote against the amendment. The RLP has 32% or 3,200 of the seats in Parliament, and a consitutional amendment needs 75% to pass.

A second large Sedunnic military exercise is taking place south of the capital Grovne, including the 1st and 7th divisions, consisting of about 30,000 soldiers each. Army Review is the largest yearly exercise and spans over four weeks; this year's primary focus is mechanised warfare mobility and features the so called Ground Combat System 14 on a larger scale for the first time.

The Sporaltryan Government has begun a mass mobilization around Olius following the discovery of the abandoned base nearby. An evacuation of all civilians is taking place, as well as the repopulation of the formerly defunct army base by the Military. More details are sketchy, but an official statement has said that there is no cause for alarm.

After 14 long years of planning, building and upgrading, the Noctenosian Navy is finally launching its most advanced vessel: the N.N.S. Oceanus. This new behemoth shall be replacing the N.N.S. Eufrates as the navy's new main flagship, and will take it's place as the largest ship ever built, with an astounding length of 752 meters, a width of 139 meters, and a displacement of 858,115 metric tons.

Tomorrow morning, the Oceanus will start its maiden voyage along the coast of Noctenos and then continue north, all the way up to Qvaitican waters.

Elections have concluded in the Republic of Ubesii, and the NSP has lost it's place as the largest party in government, replaced by the NRP, although Syna Zantos was able to retain her position as the Head of the Assembly.

The new percentages of the Assembly are as follows:

Election results:

National Restoration Party: 39%
National Socialist Party: 32%
Ubesiian Liberation Party: 14%
Ubesii Ascension Party: 6%
National Communist Party: 4%
Ubesiian Democratic Party: 3%
National Isolation League: 2%

BREAKING: Councilman of the Exterior Harrington Waistguard has announced that Regina Hughes, currently the head of Rebeltopias delegation in the IOC, is now Rebeltopias Permanent Delegation to the SCO.

"Regina has shown that she can run with the big boys. She has been part of our Exterior Affairs since 2005, and deserves this position. She begins this duty immediately, and will continue to lead the delegation on Government Island."

The President of Awesomiasa urges Ryccia not to take any rash actions against the people of RATSPT. The Awesomiasan Defence Readiness level has been raised to Orange, the third highest alert level possible, indicating a possibly for mobilisation, with the Air Force and Navy potentially being raised to Red in due time.

Honovo Blanchard, the Hammerstarian high ambassador to the RATSPT, has stated that Ryccia's allegations against the SCO nations are violating the sovereignty and democracy of the people of RATSPT, and he remarked:

"We just want a place where we can analyse the climate patterns of this region, it is not in our interests to spark a war."

If Ryccia were to threaten the RATSPT, the government of Hammerstar shall denounce all ties to Ryccia. Furthermore, the Hammerstarian government would not hesitate to act towards this matter, while calling its allies from the SCO to act upon Ryccia once more.
