RE: [IC] Flash News - Qaweritoyu - 11-24-2020 Prime Minister Barrett has announced her intention to re-appoint World Preservation Movement LC Gary Pierce as a Vice-Prime Minister next month along with Modern Marxist MPs Dr. Darrell Fuller and Dr. Bert Little. The Republic of Qaweritoyu celebrates 170 years since it's declaration. The Republic was declared on 23 November 1850. RE: [IC] Flash News - Eareamland (canadianMaps) - 11-24-2020 Not willing to wait, an Eareamian fleet engaged the tiny Rondenian fleet, anihilating it. Now, they're pulled out of Buzalu, shelling coastal forts next to it. One Rondenian Division was murdered in the protests, approaching a possible civil war. Rumors state Ionut was grabbed and put on an Eareamian ship to be transported back to Eareamland. RE: [IC] Flash News - Hammerstar - 11-24-2020 The WF Health Committee, had recently wrote the GID-20 Standards and Protocol. In which a set of procedures that would take place if GID-20 cases are confirmed. It championed Yinidazole, an antiparasite. It also touts water filtration, good water management, and properly cooked food as the method of prevention. "We are happy to announce that The World Forum has published the newest guidelines to handle future GID-20 infections. The South Pacific successfully combatted the massive epidemic that is GID-20 and successfully expelled it back, we urge that fellow member states, and the people of the region, to look unto the destruction GID-20 has caused, and take note the changes that are needed. RE: [IC] Flash News - Klô - 11-25-2020 Debate is on the floor of the Parliament of Kosbareland to change the electoral law to allocate some seats to Kosbareland living abroad. This proposal by the Alliance for Democracy is met with some reserve, mostly from the Orange Party, which has only elected members in the Suidkus region, believing this proposal would "diminish the potential political power of regional political parties in favour of major national political parties". RE: [IC] Flash News - GI-Land - 11-26-2020 5 days before the deadline given out by King and Leader Gianluca IV, Königspalast still has not decided on a reduction of the parliament's size yet. "We are in good discussions with most of the fractions of the parliament, however the number of 650 seats holds its historic value and there are concerns from citizens all over the republic, the reduction might reduce the worth of their vote. This is the slackline we're walking on right now", explained a MP of the Social Democrats earlier today. RE: [IC] Flash News - Izaakia - 11-26-2020 Out with a Bang! During endurance testing for the new Small Orbital Rocket , support structures for the test facility in ISAB Cape Montacia failed, causing catastrophic failure. Tremors from the explosion were picked up on seismometers as far away as Brödmark, with perceptible tremors in La Citadelle. Nobody was injured in the test failure. A spokeswoman from the ISA said “while this failure will cause some delays to the program, the failure is believed to be part of the supporting structure and not the rocket, a full investigation will be carried out before future tests” RE: [IC] Flash News - phoenixofthesun14 - 11-28-2020 Ha'Coron' Puani Kokostali has announced her own fashion line, promoting her line in an address to the nation regarding the ongoing riots. "Maybe everyone should calm down and just buy some of my designs. It's hard to be angry when you're looking fantabulous!" She was reported saying. "I don't know much about what all the rioting is about, honestly. But it'll get better with new clothes!" Prime Minister Kilaui Kuri has stated that she was looking to deploy more reinforcements to Huah-Huah to attempt to put an end to the riots, but it is waiting for approval from the Chief before it can go into effect. Kuri has also offered Texeteti' the opportunity to sit down peacefully and talk, as well as sending a message to the rioters. "We are all FiHami, there is no reason we should turn on each other and fight. We must talk, we must get peace soon." RE: [IC] Flash News - Mark_The_Big_G (The United Atlantic) - 11-28-2020 The United Atlantic Secretary of Defense stated today that the military base located in Anserisa in no way threatens the securtiy of The Frost Empire and asks that if The Frost Empire wishes to discuss the logistics of the base then UA are willing to have them send one of their diplomats to the port city of Aldorei. Reports from the UASA and the United Atlantic Space Command (Part of the UA Air Force) state that the object seemed to be some kind of anti satellite weapon. No nation or terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The satellite in question was a high-tech telescope meant for deep space observation. |
