The Ryccian Navy has intercepted a TCC-flagged ship. Ryccian marines have boarded the craft and discovered several stashes of weapons used by Valoran rebels. The junta has accused the TCC of "subversion" and has banned trade with the confederation in retaliation.

A recently published research poll which used a random sample of 1,250 participants across the country found that:
-Most citizens and residents now identify themselves as "Viliakmoni", which is a precedent. However, when asked what language they speak or who they identify as culturally, "Bregoderian", "Kretti" and "Arromanaean" are answered - showing a decrease of Clan mentality. The most likely of the ethnic groups to identify as "Viliakmoni" were the Bregoder.
-40% of participants trust the Office of the Head of State as the most reliable government institution, while 34% of them trust the V.A.F. as the most reliable one. However, when asked about specific leaders, Iakov Xhuglini still maintains popularity of over 75% participants. (This annoyed Iakov).
-When asked who they think Viliakmon's closest ally was, the answer is almost unanimous, with 95% saying "The Sea".

Guards at Outpost 17B has found and siezed Rifles, Pistols, and Anti-Tank launch tubes on an Izaakian Truck headed to Romordia. The Driver, currently in questioning, was found to have Izaakian passports on him, and the weapons siezed from the truck is same used by the Izaakian Military. It is still uncertain if this was an operation by the Izaakian Government, with investigations going on. In response to the Incident, The Foreign Ministry has summoned the Izaakian Ambassador to condemn the incident, and to discuss what to do with the arrested Izaakian.

The United States of Izaakia has categorically denied the movement of weapons through Kliegme denying that it has ever or will ever smuggle weapons illegally. The USI has asked the Kliegme Government to repatriate the Izaakian national involved for questioning by Izaakian authorities.
In unrelated news Izaakia is set to transfer ownership of a retiring Montacian Frigate to Kliegme next month.
