Dear Friends,
Due to a seemingly dramatic and recent discovery of a map in our National Archives, we have manged to determine the location of a former region of Resentine, once believed lost to the depths of time. This region is named Baliish, after the main island of the region. This map is well over 80 years old, but, after careful restoration, we were able to determine the location of Baliish. The last time we had even been able to contact the region was no less than 70 years ago, during the height of our nation's civil war. We had deployed a naval expeditionary force to investigate Baliish's disappearance, but, they were not heard from after they reached the main island.
And, in the same idea that history repeats itself, after determining the location of the region, we dispatched an expeditionary force. This force was sent approximately three days ago. They arrived at the main island about 24 hours ago. They were supposed to contact our military headquarters every hour since their arrival. They have not contacted us once. Something has clearly gone very, very wrong.
And so, we now come to you for help. Whatever has occurred on the island has struck at us twice, and it represents a very grave threat to Resentine, and very possibly, the entirety of the South Pacific. We ask that any nations that can spare the forces to please help us find our men, and reclaim our island.

Here's a Rundown of the Objectives:
1. Find the missing Resentinian Troops, dead or alive.
2. Find out what happened to the Baliish Islands 70 years ago.
3. Promote your nations foreign policy.
4. Find the Sporaltryan Reconnaissance Force, dead or alive. Assumed Killed In Action.
Here are the Rules:
1. For every action your nation makes, I will be rolling a D20. I will only roll once per action. No redos, no retakes. An example of an action is "I send my nation's troops here." You can have multiple actions per post, but, do not expect all of them to succeed.
2. The events resulting from those rolls will be posted here.
3. Actual Roll results will be posted on the OOC thread.

Sporaltryus and Aquica will be sending a battleship, along with 2 destroyers and 2 frigates, herein dubbed the "Sporaltryan Baliish Fleet". They do contain a battalion of troops, and will assist in search and rescue operations within the Islands.

Resentine has received this and thanks Sporaltryus for it's assistance. We will be deploying a small group made up of the HMS Dauntless Carrier, Two Destroyers, and about 3 Frigates and other support ships off of the coast of the Islands. This group is designated Battle Group 2 and has been placed under command of Vice Admiral Michael Hauser. We advise you contact him when your forces arrive.
Also, a small reminder: As of this moment, the entire operation here is classified. The Public is aware that Baliish has been rediscovered, but, they are unaware of the missing forces. We would prefer if it remained this way for the moment.

Due to some extremely good weather, the Sporaltryan Baliish Fleet will be arriving at the Baliish Islands far ahead of Schedule, decreasing their travel time by almost 2 days. They will be the first to arrive at Baliish.
The Resentinian Second Battle Group, however, will be arriving on the scheduled time of 3 days from now, despite the good weather in the region.

Punchwood is will send 2 submarines and 1 battleship to help find the island and the Resentinian troops. However we believe the public should know the truth of the matter and if Resentine does not tell the public in a matter of three days Punchwood will tell the public or we will not help.

Sedunn will at first dispatch the frigate Deryjj. The ship has a helicopter optimized for sea surveillance and several smaller drones. The frigate Famnibd, of the same class, is being readied and will leave port within 24 hours.

The Sedunnese ships Deryjj and Famnibd have received word of good weather, reducing their travel time by at least one day.
OOC:All actions from Punchwood will be postponed until his ban has ended.
OOC: Sedunn, If your nation has the capability, they are well within their right to use it.

Sedunn is able to divert one reconnaissance satellite to the presumed coordinates of the Baliish island. Its first task is to turn to the sea and try to locate the last Resentine expeditionary force, then make a rough map of the region as fast as possible .
