Negative. I've temporarily taken that plot for some things I am planning to do. Hopefully stir up some conflict in the RP. If you have objections to it, I will remove it at once.
Also, be careful with the ammount of stuff you want me to edit into your plot. Specially with the airport symbols for every city, it might get a bit dense. Still gonna do it, but just saying.

No can do on moving Sirivijaya. This isn't my colony as much as it is going to be a sort of antagonist nation for us. With any luck it will also be taken over by a friend of mine in the near future. I will remove it right now if you really want me to.
