Rebuilding Ryccia - Jay Coop - 05-24-2015

Under the new West Administration, the government of Qvait has launched the "Rebuilding Ryccia" program. In this program, Qvait provided economic assistance to the nation of Ryccia. Furthermore, Qvait has created millions of jobs as both Ryccians and Qvaiticans alike have been working on rebuilding infrastructure such as buildings and roads. While this happens, the Qvaitican government will not accept any money from Ryccia as compensation.

The Sporaltryan Union will continue it's embargo of all products of Ryccia. Immigration will not be affected.

Jasper Henn

President of the Sporaltryan Union

RE: Rebuilding Ryccia - Ryccia - 05-24-2015

We will not accept any Sporaltryan products. Even the black market trade. We just recently caught a small ship hailing from Sporaltryus with illegal merchandise. The sailors were jailed and the products burned. Furthermore, we will NOT accept Sporaltryan citizens in our country, as part of the sanctions. All Sporaltryan Citizens in Ryccia can either renounce their Sporaltryan citizenship or get out in the next 48 hours. Sporaltryans will Ryccian Citizenship can stay, as they are citizens of Ryccia. However, Sporaltryan criminals are extempt and will stay to be trialed. We have also banned the Sporaltryan Flag in government establishments.

Trial will begin in May 30, and there is no possibility on deportation. We will also withdraw our recognition of the Sporaltryan Union, as they do not recognize us.

We thank our ally Qvait in this time of crisis. Without this, Ryccia wouldn't recover. The Ryccian Civil War devastated the country, and the Isvou Riots devastated us even further. We, the Ryccian Government, can't thank Qvait enough.

It was the least we could do.

RE: Rebuilding Ryccia - Hammerstar - 05-25-2015

The TIK mainland Hammerstar would like to send aid to Ryccia. But it may be best if you could actually tell us what do you need.

Furthermore, some TIK teachers and scholars would want to depart to Ryccia, and help Ryccian teachers teach their population as the schools are being rebuilt. No children should be left loitering the rubble, they must be able to study in the midst of chaos.

RE: Rebuilding Ryccia - Ryccia - 05-25-2015

We need construction materials, food, security and teachers(most in demand: construction materials).

And why we need security? We need soldiers to eliminate the militias that were left as aftermath of the war. Although we are getting better, the few militias that are left are causing turmoil in divisions like Cia Autonomous Division, Legada, Lyccia, Talya, Listberg, Varrk, Taion and Maruz.

We thank TIK as well for sending teachers. Do they speak Ryccian or at least English?

All TIK population has the ability to speak 20 languages, and go through rigorous training to become a teacher. So language barriers are not a problem. We believe that the Ryccian peacekeepers are enough to defeat the militants, and instead of sending construction materials, we would like to make a deal with the Ryccian state-transport company.

"We would like to propose the complete rebuilding and upgrading of all the roads, canals, airports, stations, traintracks and terminals. With the wealth of our own state-transport company, and their reliability to build long roads in a nick of time. The Ryccians would only need to give the workers accommodation, and some documents such as permits and visas. We'll take care of everything, and it'll be done. However, there is a catch, 20% of the Ryccian state-transport company is owned by Forevermore Intercontinental Connection."

As part of the Rebuilding Ryccia program, the Qvaitican Air Force is airlifting humanitarian supplies such as MREs and water.

We thank TIK for that. And our state transport company in reality... its not that funded and the Ryccian Government does not list it like a priority. It has been privatized gradually over the years, and they(the corporations) pay taxes to the government. So yeah, go on ahead. Anything to rebuild our nation.

We thank the Qvaitican Air Force in their humanitarian role. In fact, in one small town in Rokenlain called Rock Valley, the whole town waved Qvaitican and Ryccian flags as a sign of cooperation, alliance and prosperity. There was however a small group who burned SSU flags, but this was frowned upon by most demonstrators. Most believed that the flag burning was a sign of hostility, and to promote peace, the demonstrators who did not burn SSU flags were booed and frowned upon.

The Democratia Palace and the Castiana Legislative Palace will both raise Qvaitican and TIK flags along with Ryccia's. TIK workers can seek accomodation in Ryccian houses, as long as they do not annoy the families living there and as long as there are no incidents. If not, then they would have to seek stay in paid stays in local hotels. What do you prefer?
