Military Personnels
La Regal Condottieri (Special Forces & Armed Mercenaries)
La Regal Condottieri are highly trained unconventional combatants, and their combat methods are real, however fictional they may seem. Unlike other special forces, they are solely dedicated to preserving cultural heritage sites and items. They used to be a secret society that defended and conserved historical landmarks, universities, cultural sites, orphanages, and variations thereof. The secret society had survived for over 300 years, the period of the Twilight of Maelstrom, and they are incredibly respected by the people, and loathed by the four rival tribes. After Lucy Pendragon's unification of the nation, La Regal Condottieri was officially sworn in as the special forces of Hammerstar.
Recently, it has also known to be a mercenary force, which countries hire to protect their national monuments and safeguarding their unarmed civilians. La Regal Condottieri would do anything to protect historical advancements of civilisation, and are tasked to hurt anyone that gets in their way.

Blurb: No one knew the old him, or his wishes for the future. He is a mysterious and secluded man who only cares of the present. A highly trained individual that masters every known conventional combat method in the universe, and an extremely dangerous military officer, who is adaptable to any sort of combat environments. He is what one calls, the perfect soldier. He was a soldier in the Regal Condottieri, who rose up the ranks so quickly until he became Supreme Commander. He has a soft spot for his sub-supreme Commander, Amelia Francesca Elena, and has been undergoing a secret romantic relationship with each other. He is a wise man, and many people from the Regal Condottieri look up to him for guidance. (He wears a mask because I won't choose an Actor to portray him. But he doesn't wear a mask in the RP's)

Blurb: Other than her contributions to the world of Hammerstarian politics, she was also a member of the Regal Condottieri, and became a Commanding Officer by the age of 26. An incredibly relaxed and cool headed individual that is also well versed in her combat skills, particularly in sword-fighting. She placed a strong wall all around her to show extreme maturity in decision making, but really, she still retains her emotions and lady-like persona (Hinted when talking privately with A.) She is also a big fan of books written by Jules Verne, which was the founder Neo-Steamlannde. She is also a great violinist, an eloquent public speaker and a great master of words. She is undergoing a secret romantic relationship with her superior in the Regal Condottieri, Supreme Commander A.

Blurb: Commander A's right wing man, and a pretty strong individual. The main difference with the other Commanding officers is that he's a quite cocky individual, especially concerning chess games that he masters in. What's interesting is that he loves electricity, and he is very knowledgable in an art known as electron control. Using various different tools and natural forces like electrical jolts, he is able to control natural substances like water and plants. A lot of people thought that he is a magician, but really, it is basic science. He is well versed in all combat methods, but his main weapon of choice are those that uses electricity. One of which is the discharger.

Blurb: The Chief, a cool headed man who speaks 10 different languages. He is a very wise man, and one of the deadliest duelists in Hammerstar. He was an army general for the Luctora, but a he received an order for him and his brigade to massacre a village near Luce. He was sentenced to banishment, and he ended up here (Though wether or not he is innocent is yet to be fully proven). He was also friends with a couple of prominent members of the Tyto, Myliobatoidei, and La Regal Condottieri. He has a doctorate on counter-intelligence and a doctorate on philosophy. He is also the younger brother of our domestic representative, Millicence Leawine. He has no weapon preference, and adept in all of them.

Blurb: The 3rd commander. A malpractice in a hospital in a foreign land got 40 patients murdered, and made him cut every single one of the dead bodies before he was sentenced to death. He ran away to join the troupe. He likes blood, and he sometimes took the body of the people he'd kill and study them. He is a doctor, and an organ transplant surgeon. He kept organs to sell it without anyone knowing, and would use some to save some mercenaries that are ill. He likes to use the rifle, and a set of knives as close combat weapons, he keeps vials of blood of his greatest opponents. He is also a daredevil, and would chase a runner everywhere he deem "reachable". But he likes to play chess and do crossword puzzles, and he is still in a point where he could still be reasoned with. He has a professorate in medicine and a doctorate in human physiology.

Blurb: The 4th commander. A very calm individual who would spend most of her time playing mahjong, drinking tea, meditating and sowing. However don't be fooled, her swordfighting skills are unparalleled to even the champion swordfighters in Hammerstar. She is fast, and evasive to a point where a spray of bullets couldn't hit her. She would not talk when in combat. She refuses to use guns and would be better off with javelins and grenades as long range weaponry. She was from Roewe, and could only speak 5 languages, and has a doctorate degree in human physiology.
