So, in the interest of RP, I've taken the liberty to make it look like one.

Description:
Alright, this is a bit harder than Earwax. Unlike Endemia, the founder is still active. However, it may seem that he would log on to his nation once he has five issues. This would be a good chance to do it. We'll sneak in and endorse the founder on the first day, then on the second day, we'll cut our endorsements and endorse our own puppet. We would then message the founder of our raid, and tell them how to avoid it.

Why would we take a non-executive delegacy?
The deal with tag raids is that you hit as many regions possible within an update. You need update timings and multiple puppets. You're writing up a blurb for each region, when all we need is the region link and an update time. Nothing else.

It's somewhat complicated to get them. If you give me the regions I can give the update time.

Alright, I've revised it. I can't find the update time, I'll leave it to others to find it.
Some of these regions are founderless, and it may seem appropriate for a raid.
Plus, in the interest of RP. I've made it like an RP, why don't you give it a shot as well?

- Aboard the The South Pacific Space Station (TSPSS) in geo-synchronous orbit -
A young man at a desk in front of various monitors spoke. "Officer Arbiter, sir, we're receiving orders from command. They want intel on a few regions as we pass over them."
Arbiter pushed himself off from his desk and floated over towards the young man. He scanned the monitors, thinking.
"Relay back to command. Let them know that this is gonna take a bit of time. Looking at the data the first target has a founder, so it would be nearly useless to target them. Let's just ignore that one for now."
A beep from his monitor drew his attention back to his own desk.
"Heh, looks like The Black Riders had the same idea as us. They tried to invade the first target as well. They took it over, but left before any real damage could be done."
"Anyways, let them know that it will take a bit of time. We need at least another day. Most likely longer."
The young man nods and begins to type up the message. Meanwhile, Arbiter floats back to his desk, readying the station for the Intel it needs to gather.

Anyways, long story short, I'll need another day to get the approximate times. I'll need to move a puppet into each region as well. We could also use those puppets as sleepers if we so chose.

No idea
