Judicial system reform - Darkstrait - 10-17-2015

Instead of electing all four justices, I propose dividing the decision power up among our higher offices of government.
The Delegate would select one Justice. The CSS would appoint another. The Cabinet (minus Delegate and VD) would pick the third and the Local Council would run a poll for the fourth.
This is just a crazy idea I had a few weeks ago, but I'd like your input.

I like the idea of having the Local Council run involved. Otherwise, I'm open but not sold on the idea.

I could get behind this however I think it may end up with people's favourites in the Court.

To me, this seems like making a easy process complicated simply because you're getting hung up on an impossibly high standard of preventing bias in who is chosen.
