Of course, members should feel free to say whatever they want when presenting their vote.
Also I will not be voting because I am running in CoA election and I have vested interest in getting the APC endorsement.

Good morning. This morning I speak to clarify the endorsement process in the most recent cabinet election. The APCRC felt no need to endorse any of the uncontested races this quarter. However, the MoFA race proved a bit more challenging. As Punchwood is a member of the APC and we historically do endorse fellow members; we felt that it was only right that we endorse him. I can not stress though how important it is to state that party members are always free to vote how they please.
I would like to remind members that in any contested race with 2+ APC members, an election where party leadership is running, or one with 0 APC members we will always hold a primary.
