I'm a fan of forcing these issues.
So Feirmont has all but vanished from the region over the last month. Following the end of Delegate elections he has left the Discord server, has not posted or voted on the forum, and has not logged into their in-game TSP nation.
This is not a general disappearance NS-wide as they remain active in other regions, namely Spiritus. As such this seems to have been a deliberate decision to not participate in TSP.
We on the Legislator Committee have no idea what's going on with them, so I therefore motion for the recall of Feirmont from the LegComm on the grounds of dereliction of duty.

Having talked to Feirmont, he indicated that he's chosen to depart TSP for the foreseeable future.
Given that, I fully support the measure and also motion to Suspend the Mandatory Discussion Period so we can make this matter conclude itself as quickly as possible and keep the train chugging along.
