"Fellow members, the Frost Empire has cast away its anger and differences with our bitter enemies to formally request the assistance of the World Forum. It has been six months since the start of this terrible war and we must end the bloodshed of innocent civilians caught in a deteriorating province. We have swallowed our anger by inviting the representatives of the Reizen Democratic Coalition, an umbrella group of moderate RDP members. We have attempted to invite the Reizen Independence movement and Worker's Party of Reizen, but they spat on our invitation. Before you can deploy your peacekeepers, there are several things we must negotiate such as legal issues and logistical issues. Furthermore, we also request your assistance to mediate the negotiation between us and our enemies."

Her Majesty The Peony offers her deepest concerns, and concerning logistics, would be able to provide food, goods and medicine to alleviate the tensions in the region, as well as provide a coalition of medical professionals as well as deploy the "Jade Rabbits', the Peocracy's military combattants specializing in the field of first aid, disaster relief, and military medicine. The Honorable Nuwang has also offered some makeshift facilities that could be swiftly made in designated locations.
However, let us make this clear, while we are willing to provide facilities and equipment, we shall not spare a single combatant that bear arms in aggression, as a matter of fact, no infantry nor cavalry that are not in whites shall be spared by the Peocracy, and we shall not provide weaponry.

The RDC delegate, Kedaki Heiwaki spoke, "The Reizen Democratic Coalition seeks a fair impartial third party mediator to ensure that our counterparts don't negotiate in bad faith. We seek peacekeepers to help us keep order in the Reizen mainland from our more extreme counterparts, the Worker's party of Reizen and Reizen Independence Movement. We also require the peacekeepers to ensure that the Empire doesn't use the ceasefire to amass their own forces for an offensive. We are grateful for the Drakari Medicae for their fair treatment of our wounded, but we require more doctors and medical supplies as the RDP continues to collapse along factional lines."

Sedunn can within a few days after a decision start landing ground troops equivalent of a mechanised brigade, close off the airspace in Reizen and restrict movement on the sea. I am sure there are other nations here that could provide troops, should you decide so."
