[OOC] Eggraria + The Fourteenth's Rebellion (Discussion) - rosaferri - 01-19-2020
I wanted to make a quick OOC for questions about the actual roleplay itself as well as explaining how some of this will be written and decided.
First of all, military action will be determined by dice roll (d20), and so will non-dialogue or non-socialization actions. This will include diplomacy and actual military mobilization.
