14 October 2020 Fellow South Pacificans, Below are the winner of the Cabinet Elections. Full tally of the votes are attached. The Election Commission would like congratulate all of winners as well as all of the candidates for a hard fought election cycle. Faithfully yours, The Election Commissioner OFFICIAL RESULTS Prime Minister • Penguin Minister of Foreign Affairs • Omega Minister of Culture • Swifty Minister of Media • Farengeto Minister of Engagement • USoVietnam Minister of Defence • phoenixofthesun14 Craziest Person • Purple1 [1] Since the Eligible Voters rules specified, from the beginning of the voting period, that only non-legislators were eligible to vote, only a single vote was registered for the Craziest Person election. Despite the incredibly high turnout in favor of "fish" and other candidates, and the clear reminder from the Election Commissioner about this situation, no candidate other than Purple received a vote from an eligible voter (Ryccia). Therefore, Purple is elected, in one of the lowest-turnout elections in Coalition history. |
