If it isn't clear, this is supposed to be pretty similar to Instagram. Is it going to be better than Stream? No. But I just felt bad claiming the Instagram clone and not making something that anybody else could use

Here's the template. Feel free to add more comments if you'd like, just copy and paste those lines as you wish. Fields to fill in are marked in all caps. Fields for images should contain an URL to an image (e.g. https://imgur.com/something.png).

There's an issue with the forums that image sizes go away when you want to edit, so the template will break if you try to edit a post. This issue affects all threads on the forums so there's not much I can do about it... but if you must edit a post, you can still do so. You'll just have to copy-paste the entire template again, then filling in all the fields as appropriate.
