The Frost Empire issues a travel warning to the Imperial Union due to its flagrant human rights abuse and opens its door to potential political refugees from the Imperial Union. The Kensei administration warns all Frosts, regardless of political affiliation, that they have been unlawfully blacklisted in a political witch hunt for exercising their right to free speech and peaceful assembly.
