The Izaakian Republican Navy has defeated the N&GB First Fleet, sinking most of the fleet including the Armada class flagship. The N&GB Admiral of the fleet fled the scene and abandoned the battle.
Three Izaakian ships were sunk during the battle. IRN Haddock, IRN Cod and IRN Tuna. Casualties are as of yet unconfirmed, however, a not insignificant portion of the crews of the sunken vessels from both sides were rescued by the Izaakian Republican Navy and have received medical attention. N&GB prisoners of war will be returned to Izaakia where they will remain in detention for the remainder of the war.

The navy has announced that the names of ships will no longer start with NNS (Nicholas Navy Ship) but instead they will start with INS (Imperial Navy Ship). This is to avoid bias to Nicholas, both the leader and the nation.
Reports show that the Grand Admiral escaped in the INS Heron. The only ships that survived the battle were the INS Heron, INS Triumph, INS Vigilant and the INS Astute. Grand Admiral Maximillian Birdwood has been given one more chance to prove himself before he will be replaced.
The Ryccian Federation has given its guarantee to the evacuation of Romordians from the "sadistic hand" of NAGB. "Should NAGB forces dare attack the Romordian evacuees and their collaborators, we shall take military action. The sadist who rules that country must heed these words if he wants his head to remain attached to his body"

Izaakia has agreed to purchase weapons from Ryccia as part of supplies for Romordian freedom fighters and other resistance groups. Izaakia has also warned the frost empire that it will not tolerate piracy of goods legally acquired by Izaakia from Ryccia.

Several Warships from the Imperial Frost Navy have been seen leaving Reizen Harbor heading northward. The Empire has also released a statement closing several oceanic trade routes used by the Empire to Izaakian and Ryccian ships, creating a net like zone guarded by armed trade convoys.

The United States of Izaakia condemns the Frost Empire for attempts to illegally interrupt Izaakian trade, and has said that any ship that attempts to interfere with Izaakian or Ryccian shipping will be engaged forcefully.
