The Starhawk Pact has also made it clear that due to Order 97 and International Law, Ryccian Defectors will be welcome with open arms and will be given emergency visa's, making them technically citizens of any nation in the Starhawk Pact. Any attempt to assassinate these Defectors will be met with the assassins will be shot on site.

Nationalist Forces have fallen back to their original lines before June 1st. The Siege of Fort Halsey Continues and many other Communist Pockets have been dealt with. The Ministry Of Infrastructure has reported that Radiation Levels in both Starton and Hawk will be gone by next week. In Spiras, SNR and DFN forces have been pushed almost entirely out of Southern Spiras.

In a show of force, an assassin has killed the Ryccian ambassador in Sedunn after he tried to seek asylum. The junta has confirmed the assassin was one of its agents, and has stated that not only will they refuse to cooperate with Sedunnic authorities, but that it'll help them leave the country.

The junta has shut down the internet again after it was discovered that protests were being organized on gaming forums. Hospitals in several major cities have also been occupied by soldiers. Many fear the junta will force medics to refuse treatment to protesters under penalty of death, or just shoot any wounded demonstrators upon being brought for treatment.

Eflad condemns the egregious human rights violations by Ryccia. Eflad has announced it is offering asylum for Ryccian refuges who have made it out of Ryccia.

The Ryccian junta is hereby condemned as a terrorist organization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with the Ministry of Defence after their unlawful assassination of the Ryccian ambassador in Sedunn.
