For the first time since the Ryccian intervention began, the constitutionalists have accused Ryccian forces of committing war crimes, reporting that Ryccian troops have publicly executed suspected Valoran dissidents by cutting their limbs one by one while they were alive. Eggraria's Defense Sector Representative was reported to condemn the NAGB response to Ryccian reisdents of the nation, stating that "they're condemning them to a torturous regime that way" and "ignoring the needs of those suffering humans." The Sector itself has not made an official statement.

In what is described by dissidents as "nothing short of a miracle", one of the cabinet ministers managed to escape the junta's grasp. Lily Stloncht, Minister of Transportation, was secretly on holiday in Transsuneria. She has gathered the support of Irykia's garrison and has declared an emergency interim government in the overseas territory, with herself as both acting President and acting Prime Minister. The junta has declared the military officers who overthrew the pro-junta commanders "traitors of the first degree".

The fire in Selpe still isn't under controll. A letter claiming responsibility for the fire has been found saying:
"The Efladian political class is destroying the foundations of our society.

Through so called 'humanitarian aids' and the open hand policy, Efladian politicians are guilty of treason to their country and their citizens.
We welcome the Ryccian junta and its measures to achieve a greater nation freed of impure people.

The Ryccian delegation to the World Forum has declared its allegiance to lie with the new Ryccian rump government based in Irykia's capital, Mirrey. It is understood that commandos loyal to the Mirrey government have extracted their families from the Ryccian mainland in a "lightning" operation.

The Starhawk Pact has formally recognized the Mirrey Government Of Ryccia as the Ryccian Federation. Military Officials has asked this rump state the status of the Irykian Fleet.

In Other News:
Last Few Remaining Ships(At Least 25 Ships) Of The Denverian Federal Navy Spotted Off the Coast Of Keyli, its destination unknown. Fleet Compisition is : 1 Carrier, 2 Battleships, 3 Battlecruisers, 5 Cruisers, 10 Destroyers, 2 Frigates, 1 Corvette. Knowledge of any subs is unknown at this time. The 2nd Emeraldian Fleet, Ludvillian Navy and whatever remains of the Spirasian Navy has been sent towards the DFN's Last Fleet.
