In my eyes a Senior Player SHOULD be defined by their post. 

However since we currently do not have any sort of governmental office that I am aware of that is solely dedicated to promoting new member inclusion in executive forum activities in a reasonable and rewarding way to both TSP and the individual player, I would say that a Senior player is anyone that holds either a high place of power in parliament or the Military (IE: Hileville, or Siberian) or a high morale authority over his/her fellow players. What this second statement means is: anyone who's opinion is considered extremely relevant and above that of other players either because of that individuals past record of solid decision making skills or ability to convince people that their argument is the correct one.

I am basically talking about the role models of our Region. The names on our front page on NS, the people that actively contribute to political debates and have been doing so for an incredibly long time, or people that are thought of fondly by the rest of the community.
