Just to be 100% accurate, and I know this is a minute detail with little importance, there was no High Court at the time that Coalition v. Milograd was decided. In 2013 we had a Supreme Court -headed initially by HEM and subsequently by Awesomiasa- which was the one that ordered the permanent ban. Former Delegate of the South Pacific
