So, a few points I personally think we can change/improve: 

• Clarify the role of MoMA in the General Corps
  
• Remove the three generals thing and make it based on what's sensible (might require charter amendment)
  
• Clarify rank requirements. We can make these law, or alternatively, we can require that there are public requirements posted and maintained by the GC.
  
• There's some outdated language from before the Grand Council in 2016; I'll fix those up though in the draft we write.
