The building was designed by a famous Bzerne architect Laurent Fabius. This building is just 4.5 km from Belmont North Railway Station and 12 km away from the stadium of Belmont Mayors, a professional basketball team in the BBA (Bzerneleg Basketball Association). The price of all paintings inside the Hôtel Matignon is $ 31 million.
