Determination of Justiciability Whereas New Haudenosaunee Confederacy requested this Court that a review be conducted on certain issues related to the application of the Criminal Code with the following question:
A current Local Councillor, Auphelia, is very corrupt. I originally described this on the RMB. I am now making a criminal complaint.
Whereas this Court has conducted a careful review of the merits of such a request on the basis of probable cause that the preliminary evidence presented constitutes commission of a crime;
It is resolved with respect to this question as follows:
