Based on what I heard, I believe it's Kris Kringle's private server, similar to the sort of private friend group servers people start. I know at one point it was called "Lampshade Bar And Grill", though I'm uncertain as to what it's called at this point. Alongside those Admins and CRS mentioned, I know Seraph spent some time there some years back (though not for long), and Escade did for a brief amount of time last year before being quickly made very uncomfortable by Unibot and departing from the server.
