OOC: I agree with GI, every nation should be free to decide whether and how they partook in it. 

In my case, based on the timeline I already established, none was involved: Bruuma was busy with its independence war against the non-TSP colonial motherland, Puerto Pollo was out of the games and Kai Fa had just ended its own civil war.
