What has greatly saddened me, as Admiral General of the SPSF and self-declared Emperor of TSP, is the lack of a ministry for those among us who thrive in creating disorder and mischief. I am resolute in my belief that the Coalition will greatly benefit with a ministry of dubious purpose and therefore propose the creation of a Ministry of Atrocious Deviancy to remedy this non-problem.

(13) The Minister of Atrocious Deviancy will be responsible for the subjugation of idealistic freedom-loving dissidents in the Coalition, and the establishment and maintenance of enlightenment facilities where the people of the South Pacific may be educated about the right way to think.

(14) The Minister of Atrocious Deviancy may only be a nation whose original username includes the letters, A, M, E, R, I, O, and N.
