In regards to Deputies, they're good for managing work, but I don't necessarily think they should be appointed by the MoRA. He shall present all the applications to cabinet and show his suggested deputies and by majority the cabinet shall appoint the respective deputies for that term.

I highly doubt the Cabinet would care about something that would happen in a singular Ministry with no effect to them. If the Assembly elected the MoRA, then they trust the MoRA to handle simple tasks such as electing a couple of deputies.

Also, I still stand by the idea that Media should be it's own Ministry. The reason being is that trying to have regular editions and issues of articles and creating interregional events and managing fellows can lead to burnout. If it was it's own thing, it would leaded by one person whose sole purpose it to churn out TSJs, and not also balance a few other stressful things at the same time.

Yeah. Maybe that split that Jay proposed like last year would be a good idea after all. Or, maybe a wild idea: we could reasonably just make the ministry a Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Journalism Affairs, and a Department of integration? Where Cultural Affairs handles events and other cultural activities, Journalism handles TSJ, and then the department of integration handles like recruitment, education, etc? (As far as naming, we could also change the Military Affairs namr to "Defense Affairs" and do Media Affairs instead. But that's a superficial thing that can be discussed if we do decide to split the RA in a way where media is split from RA)

We could also perhaps even have Integration and OWL just be full on ministries too (Cabinet rep would then be 3 internal and 3 external, keeping both departments would be 2 internal and 2 external)

The full mandate would then me

MoFA: Handles our relations with other regions
MoMA: Handles SPSF and military affairs
MoCA: Handles regional events and promotes TSP culture
MoJA: Handles the Southern Journal and any other media projects the ministry decides to pursue
OWL/MoWA: Handles things related to World Assembly voting and advises on how to vote
<Integration department/ministry>: Handles recruitment for ministries and educating about this game
