Whilst we are gravely concerned of the events transpiring in our neighbouring state, the Ryccian Federation objects to Section 4 of this proposal. It is our belief that sending an international force shall only prolong and intensify the civil war in the country of Valora, not to mention endanger our own national security. It would be a violation of the sovereignty of our neighbour and foreign interference into another country's affairs which would only serve to widen the scale of the war in Valora, something which we cannot allow. The Ryccian Federation refuses to support this proposal, for it goes too far with its demands.
