Action 1: Head investigator convince the high ups to let him take a break from the case an go on a vacation to Izaakia.
Action 2: HMS Heile is getting the HMS Sonny to dock. Action 3: If 2 is a success, reboot the computer. Action 4: If 1 success, Head investigator tries to understand Izaakia while on vacation. Action 5: If 5 is a success, I'm sending him to negotiate on the matter of why Izaakia should be sharing information with us.
