After discussions and preparations from the Peonic Sports League and the Arnchow Ministry of Youths, Sports and Culture. Both countries have decided to join the Zersbach 2021, bringing a full lineup of both male and female athletes to all the sports categories.


After immense sponsorship from the Peonic government to revitalize and restructure sports as a major activity for youths and the Peonic population under The Peony's directive, the Peonic population have been on a sports frenzy in the past couple of years. Reflected by The Royal Council's decision to incentivize athletes and take on the responsibility of hosting the 2019 Women's FWC (and later on, the 2021 Women's FWC), a new generation of trained athletes are prepared to take on the 2021 Youth Olympics.


Meanwhile, the commonwealth of Arnchow has been provided immense support to Olympians amidst waning enthusiasm to sports and a higher trend of obesity in the younger population, Prime Minister Arnold Khoo issued a directive to promote youth activities and sports in schools and universities. This has significantly increased the amount of athletes in population-dense Arnchow, and the 2021 Youth Olympics is the debut of a new generation of athletes.

The Peony, being both the head of state of the Peonic Commonwealths and the Royal Peocracy of Huawan, wishes the two teams the best of luck to bring their country and the Peocracy pride. The Peony was also a celebrated youth archery athlete in her teenage years, winning one gold medal in the 2009 Arasian Olympics
