Hi, I'm Elmira Rossi, as always good morning and welcome to the daily NRNC news, one hour more in Néa-gy.

Prytanis Boutros Georgiou has said today in a conference that: "Rhayna will not leave N&GB until most Romordians are rescued, if Berlyne is so concerned about our armies retirement they could help a little in Romordia instead of talking so much."

Rescuing missions are continuing at pace slower than expected, and Gisella de Luca pointed out that "urgent help is needed from all the international community to make this a faster project".

Related to other questions, prytanis Georgiou replied: "We would like to remember that the UPRAN is right now in serious national and international issues, like terrorism, Romordians rescue and a space race for the scientific advancement.

Also, we point out that, while other participants of the war are still fighting, UPRAN is currently rescuing Romordians as fast as they can to retire from the battle as soon as possible.

We would only ask to not generalize between UPRAN's and other participants' role in the war, and that, for the UPRAN at least, sanctions are applicated after we have finished with the Romordians rescue crisis.

We understand that the circumventing of the WF was a terrible offense, but we ask for some understanding not in the UPRAN's situation, but Romordians situation.

That's why we show this proposal.

1. Increased tariffs on UPRAN goods by 10%
2. Import quotas to be introduced on UPRAN goods no more than 70% of the amount of current imports
3. Port tax to increased on ships that are either;
   3.1. Rhaynan-flagged/owned;
3.2. Carrying in its cargo more than 80% of goods produced by UPRAN companies.

4.Export control and restraints to be introduced for Besernian companies registered with Companies House
   4.1.Import licenses to be introduced on some categories of goods from the UPRAN
   4.2Temporary ban on weapons trade and other military equipment the UPRAN

This change of sanctions is to be applicated to the UPRAN only, and may Izaakian restrictions stay the same if it's not said against it."
