Final Result Nomination of Jay (Qvait) to the Council on Regional Security

Ayes: 39 69.6% \| 97.5% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 1 1.8% \| 2.5% (discounting abstentions)
There were 16 Abstentions (28.6%); 38 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 59.6%.
In light of these results, the nomination passes, having achieved the required majority (>60%).
