Final Result The Fellowship of Llamas and Eagles

Ayes: 29 67.4% \| 93.5% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 2 4.7% \| 6.5% (discounting abstentions)
There were 12 Abstentions (27.9%); 15 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 74.1%.
In light of these results, the proposal passes, having achieved the required majority (>50%).
