''With Blood On My Hands''

Following the announcement of “Operation Shutdown”, it appears that the underground has already begun a similar procedure among their own ranks. On the 10th, a house on Terkdo St. in the city of Prilyep was molotoved to the ground, killing 18 members of the Pahsmeta Clan. The police found only a letter written in blood. The same letter can be traced to two other similar events.

On the 11th to 12th, 7 cars have exploded in Sisli, Ikaranara. Investigations found that they were used by 14 different Viliakmoni nationals, all finding the same letter written in blood. Furthermore, they appear to have been supplying a rebellious group in Ikaranara with firearms, called “The Sislian Brotherhood”. Finally, this morning on the 12th, a drive-by shooting on Shoot up St. in Vailen, Emerald killed 9 Viliakmoni nationals, leaving behind the same letter. The 9 victims were later found to be selling illicit drugs, which were even found in their clothing upon being killed, to the locals. The money was used traced to Lt. Governor Count of Nord-Danvir, a government official of Denver. It was soon discovered that all 23 deaths carried with them the same Pahsmeta surname.
The blood-written letter related to these murders says the following in Arromanean of Cielopiek dialect, a specific dialect only used by Bregoderian Clans in Viliakmon.

“Cine rad a nomu protiva semen sau e prost ali las. Cine nu brana fara nomu e dauli. Semen pliguitu belki ashi sa maora si sa-si revina si sa-si ucida atacatorul. Cine cooperad cu nomi aca semeni - vrea sa ashi atacat ca borgi si nikodat razbunit.”

Translated to Austral, it reads: “Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. A wounded fellow man may either die and forgive his assailant or recover and avenge themselves. Whoever cooperates with the law is not a fellow man – he is to be assaulted by duty and never avenged.”


With the following events, all members of the Pahsmeta Clan cease to be alive. The ethnic background of both the Pahsmeta Clan and their assassinators appear to be Bregoderian. The police confirms that the Pahsmeta Clan was part of the conspiracy and was subject to arrest either way. The former Commander of the Military Police, now acting Minister of Law Enforcement and Secret Agency, Emin Tamir, said “The Pahsmeta were one of the major Clans in the conspiracy, but 7 more remain. The Viliakmoni government officials they’ve cooperated with are still under interrogation in order to extract more information.” As for the international connections, Tamir added “The Pahsmeta were bad at their job, Lt. Governor in Denver didn’t receive laundered money from them” as for the situation in Ikaranara “We’ve hinted that this isn’t merely a criminal conspiracy. Although the Pahsmeta sold firearms to the Sislian Brotherhood, we couldn’t find any records of the Clan ever possessing ammunition, so the ammunition for the sold firearms were probably sourced from elsewhere. I can declassify that this source is not known to us.”


The Founder Iakov Xhuglini made a public statement involving the entire situation “The underlying reason why this all happened is a legal loophole using Article III of our Constitution with an Executive Policy passed in 2011. Namely, the Ministry of Secret Agency was issued to monopolize the creation and distribution of certain narcotics – shard methylphenimine and lyserian acid dielimide. Obviously, monopolizing the MSA with distribution of narcotics would lead to contact between criminal groups and themselves. The Office and I are currently drafting a Decree to fix this loophole. We appreciate the help that other criminal networks are providing and I am personally deeply grateful to Commander Emin Tamir.”
