Let's get to work!

The I South Pacific Regional Games are to be inaugurated on 7 September 2014, which means we have close to one month to get everything ready. I want to get all of the following done by 25 August, so that we have the remaining time to address any unforeseen incidents and inviting our allies:

Planning the Opening Ceremony
Choosing our challenges, partly based on the challenges for the past Games (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) but making them even more dynamic and engaging. Personally I'd like to have 1, 4 and 5, but that's for the entire MoRA Staff to decide, based on how long we want the Games to last and the theme for it
Deciding the prizes for the winning team and for all other teams
Planning the Closing Ceremony and when to hold it

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.
