Inactive militaries have been turned around before. Europeia's Navy languished for multiple months at a time without proper leadership, but thanks to patience and long-term training, it has been turned around. I'm confident that it can be done here. Even if not now, or next month, we don't lose anything from trying. Right now, we're electing a new MoA, and we have several candidates. Clearly, we have individuals interested in a better future for the SPSF. They should be given a chance.
