We aren't giving up that right, NES. Nobody has advocated that. We've said all along that we could create coalitions of the willing to aid allies. What proponents don't want is a regular updating force. It's not necessary for our alliances, as evident by the the fact that it's not only been more problematic than beneficial this past year, but also by the fact that our force is 2 people at any given time anyways.
