I propose the following as a new Article 11 of the Charter, with the current Article 11 to be renumbered as Article 12;
Article 11: Self Denying Ordinance
1. Any debate regarding the military alignment of The Coalition of The South Pacific and of the armed forces of The Coalition of The South Pacific, or debate of the restriction of the military activities of such, including but not limited to the adoption of a Defender, Raider, Imperialist or Independent alignment or the restriction of such activities including but not limited to raiding, defending, liberating, banning nations, passwording regions, destroying regions, etc, is strictly prohibited.
2. Military policy in regards to the armed forces of The Coalition of The South Pacific will be determined by the duly elected and appointed officials of said armed forces, in keeping with those organisational guidelines enacted by the Assembly, and under the direction of the Cabinet.
3. Breach of this ordinance will be punished by public flogging, with the offending thread summarily locked.
4. Debate regarding the repeal of this ordinance shall count as a breach of this ordinance.
There. No more stupid recurrent GP BS arguments. Ever.
