Kringalia concurs with the suggestion and has raised the matter before the Southern Council. It is our hope that forming an Oversight Committee will ensure that human rights abuses are no longer committed in Ryccia. However, we insist that the Oversight Committee be able to recommend the trial of Ryccian leaders as appropriate, since remedies against all those whose rights have been violated are still necessary.
