Well my rival scrapped the Diplomatic Service and the associate idea created by Raven didn't get anyone. I therefor think there should be a Foreign Affairs version of the Fellowship Programme. Where people slowly rise up through the ranks and learn about Foreign Affairs. I think this would be a great way for people to learn about Foreign Affairs, have fun, give them experience for the future and let them learn about different cultures.
