I always saw the Regional Government as an OOC kind of thing. It definitely has no IC functioning, accession procedures or leadership positions. I considered Government Island as a Brussels, Geneva or Vienna kind of place, where international organisations have their offices and diplomats can meet and live.
I am not opposed to the idea of an IC Government. I just don't think it makes sense, given its inherent OOC nature. Former Delegate of the South Pacific
